Payroll News and Updates
New I-9 Form
All new hires, starting May 2013, must use the new I-9 Form. If an expired I-9 Form is submitted to payroll, it will be returned to the hiring department and may delay the new employees pay.
Online Timesheet for Hourly Employees
Allows all hourly employees to submit hours for approval online once the employee has been entered in payroll.
Picking up Paychecks
Direct Deposit is encouraged at the UW. This can be done online at your MyUW, Employee Self Service. If you did not elect direct deposit for your UW paycheck, please pick up your paycheck at the front desk of the Finance Office located in the Carlton building, fourth floor, suite 400. We are no longer mailing paychecks to home addresses.
