Online registration form for Case Competition Individuals.  Use this form if you are registering as an individual and you want the Center to attempt to pair you with others looking to form a team.  All registrations are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5. 

First and Last Name
The e-mail address that you check regularly
Your declared program major (i.e. Business Administration, IAS, etc.)
Your program focus (i.e. accounting, marketing, general business, urban studies, etc.)
Anything you would like us to know when trying to assign you to a team.
