At the Global Honors graduation ceremony -- Rachel, Joel, Christopher and Ciara are newly minted alumni.
Where are they now?
- Christopher Thomas, Class of 2010, was accepted to the human geography master's program at the University of Oregon.
- Brandon Jacobsen, Class of 2010, accepted a Spanish language teaching position.
- Bonnie Rico, Class of 2009, serves her community through her work in Family Support Services at Perinatal Treatment Services.
- Ciara O'Connell, Class of 2009, just finished her first year at the Irish Center for Human Rights where she will earn an International Human Rights Law LL.M.
- Kylene Yumul, Class of 2009, was accepted to serve in South America through the Peace Corps.
- Joel Kady, Class of 2009, returned to Dubai after graduation to pursue a career in finance.
- Melina (Hurst) Young, Class of 2007, recently started her own business. Her Global Honors thesis was selected to be presented at the Association for Consumer Research (ACR) Asia-Pacific Conference in India in January 2009.
- Carly Absher, Class of 2007, is delighted with her new job as Disabilities Services Specialist at the University of Puget Sound. She and her husband Kyle have joyfully adopted Marcus, who just made the trip from Liberia to live with them and his new sister, Clair.
