The Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Healthcare Leadership is for students who wish to pursue a career in a leadership role. In addition to hospitals and long-term care facilities, graduates with a healthcare leadership degree are employed by insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies as well as governmental positions that focus on public health and policy issues.
