Network access
Wired network access
A high-speed, wired (Ethernet) network connection is provided to most all offices, classrooms and lab spaces. If a location does not have an active wired access port and one is needed, or there is a problem with a current active port, please send an email to tachelp@uw.edu to request activation or installation information. To connect a laptop or other computer to the ethernet network, you will need a network interface card (NIC) and a Cat-5 cable.
Wireless network access
Wireless connectivity is available in most interior and exterior areas on campus. Learn more about wireless network access.
