The Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington Tacoma and Heritage Bank are proud to present the Eleventh Annual Business Leadership Awards program recognizing outstanding business leaders in the South Sound Region. A panel of judges composed of Milgard School of Business faculty, The News Tribune, and Advisory Board members will select winners from the South Puget Sound in the following categories:

Business Leader of the Year

For businesses with 50 or more employees

Small Business Leader of the Year

For businesses with fewer than 50 employees

Non-Profit Business Leader of the Year

For non-profit businesses

DATE:          Tuesday, April 24, 2012
TIME:           Reception and check-in begins at 5:00 p.m., dinner and program from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
LOCATION:  The Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center Ballroom        

Event Registration

Download and return the event registration form by April 6, 2012.  Payment can be made via check, money order or credit card.  Tickets are $125 per person and tables (seating 8) are $1,000.  Sponsorships are available at the Patron ($5,000, includes table of 8) and Benefactor ($10,000, includes table of 8) levels.  Questions about event registration and sponsorships can be sent to Amy Carr at amycarr@uw.edu.

Cancellation policy

The registration deadline is April 13, 2012. Cancellations may be requested for a 50% refund, less a $35 processing fee, if received in writing prior to April 6, 2012. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request cancellation or make a change please send an email to Amy Carr at amycarr@uw.edu.

 

Terms and conditions

The Milgard School of Business reserves the right to cancel the event for any circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of the University will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Attendees who incur any expenses (including but not limited to nonrefundable airline tickets) in anticipation of attending the event do so at their own risk. Submission of this registration form acknowledges acceptance of these provisions.
