New MBA Course Delivery Model

A new delivery mechanism for the MBA program will start this Autumn 2017

Starting Autumn 2017, the Milgard School of Business will be rolling out a new delivery model for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Currently, MBA classes are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 9:50 pm. The new delivery model will have classes that meet once per week on Tuesdays and during two Saturdays per quarter. Each class will have required online content between each class session.

The goal of moving towards this new delivery model is to retain the strengths of the program while incorporating technology in order to better accommodate students. Students will bring their experiences to the classroom and build networks while being able to reflect on this during their online course materials. This makes the classroom experience that more interesting while still offering convenience by incorporating online materials.

This new model is fast-paced and engaging while offering the best of both worlds. The MBA program offers small class sizes, high-quality teaching, and access to University resources through this convenient, cost-effective UW MBA degree.

MBA students will receive the MBA class schedule in advance to plan and accommodate career needs.
