Fueling Vehicles
- All Motor Pool vehicles, including Enterprise Rentals, should be returned with a full tank of gas. If not, additional charges may be applied to your budget
- Comdata cards are assigned to specific vehicles : do not use the card to fuel other Motor Pool, State or rental vehicles, or to fill gas cans
- All non-fuel transaction receipts for Comdata cards including oil, vehicle repair and car washes should be forwarded to Facilities Services
- If a client is unable to use a Comdata card and must use personal funds for fuel contact Facilities Services for reimbursement instructions
- The Toyota Hybrid comes with both a Comdata card and a red DOT card for use at Washington State Department of Transportation fueling stations (www.wsdot.wa.gov/publications/manuals/fulltext/M53-55/FuelStations.pdf)
