New Student Orientation presents students new to the campus community with valuable information and resources to aid in a success academic and social transition to the UW Tacoma community.

Online New Student Orientation is divided into 10 segments

Each segment of Online New Student Orientation will have an assessment to complete at the end. These assessments are required in order to complete Online New Student Orientation. Once you have completed all 10 segments and receive an acceptable score on the assessment an email will be sent to the Office of New Student Programs. Once this email is received acknowledging the passing score, your course registration hold will be lifted within 24 hours.
