NOTE: The new HR/Payroll system, Workday, will replace Employee Self Service and the current time sheet process on June 27, 2017

Overtime eligible employees are to submit their time worked using the Workday "Time" worklet.  All employees must use the "Absence" worklet to request time off.  Time and absences submitted by employees will show in the Time and Absence approver's Workday inbox to approve.

If a situation occurs where a paper timesheet is needed, please use the appropriate timesheet below. Please discuss the reason for the use of the paper timesheet with the campus Payroll Coordinator before submitting it to Payroll.
