Verifications of enrollment are sent automatically to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSCH) on the 10th day of the quarter and may be used to verify a degree or certificate, current enrollment, dates of attendance or a professional degree. Students may also request a verification of enrollment letter from the UW Tacoma Office of the Registrar, which may be used to verify your enrollment for insurance, loan deferment, or other purposes. To request a verification of enrollment letter, you must complete an Enrollment Verification Form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar located in the Mattress Factory Building, Room 253.
Types of verifications may include:
- Enrollment letters
- Letter of Commencement
- Military ID card letters
- Good student discount letters
Processing of your verification of enrollment will take at least one business day. Please indicate on the form if you would like to pick it up from us, or have it mailed or faxed.
