Master of Nursing students are required to take specific courses in-residence at UW Tacoma. The following must be completed on the UW Tacoma campus only:
The Center for Leadership & Social Responsibility is pleased to support the research of Dr. Altaf Mechant in the areas of charitable giving, nostalgia, time orientation, and issues in advertising to children. His research has been published in several journals, including the Journal of Accounting, the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of Business Research, and the Academy of Marketing Science Review.

Since 2008, the Center has awarded over $58,000 in funds to UW Tacoma faculty, supporting curriculum development and community engagement efforts for 52 different courses from all of UW Tacoma's academic programs.
Entry codes are only valid once and for a limited period of time after they have been issued.
Academic Alert is a referral system through which any UW Tacoma faculty or staff member may identify undergraduate students who are having academic difficulty. Early intervention with students on the part of faculty, advisors, and other campus personnel can improve students’ likelihood to succeed. This program is available for faculty and staff to use throughout the quarter.
