Motor Pool Basic Driver Training

Welcome to Motor Pool Basic Driver Training

As of February 2012, users of UW Tacoma Motor Pool vehicles are required to complete a short on-line Motor Pool Basic Driver Training. Fleet Services Basic Driver training provides important information regarding University and State requirements for use of state vehicles as well as safe driving tips.

The training consists of XX pages and includes a driver acknowledgement of University and Washington State basic driver requirements and a review of the following safe driving topics:

UW Tacoma Sole Source Statement Webform--Goods and Services

1st--You should have talked with the Sr. Contracts Manager in UW Tacoma Finance about your intended purpose and research of possible vendors or product brands.
2nd--You should have made your requisition in PAS and noted the number.
3rd--If you feel you need to purchase as a sole source provider fill out this form. UNIT PRICE ALONE IS NOT A REASON FOR SOLE SOURCE.

Discontinue U-PASS Payroll Deduction

When faculty and staff sign up for a U-PASS it automatically renews every quarter for as long as you are employed. If you wish to discontinue your U-PASS and stop the payroll deduction, please complete this form below. You may re-enroll in the U-PASS program at any time as long as you are still an employee.
Your EID can be found on your Husky Card or in MyUW under "Employee Self Service."

Parking Violation Petition

Complete the form below to appeal a parking citation received in the Cragle or Pinkerton lots on the UW Tacoma campus. Petitions must be received within 20 days of the date of the citation.

The appeals officer's decision will be sent to you via email within 14 business days. If your petition is denied, you will have 21 days to either request a review or pay the fine.
