Resolving Conflict

Main page content

How do we resolve conflict in our communities?

Come learn about the Center for Dialogue and Resolution and/or volunteer for this great event.

The Center for Dialogue and Resolution serves the community through mediated dispute resolution consultation sessions and students are invited to meet the board, learn techniques for conflict resolution and/or volunteer.  This organization is critically important to our community.  It saves time, money and builds stronger communities.  It empowers relationships to confront and resolve their conflicts before they spin out of control.  By empowering relationships to resolve conflict 75% of cases conducted through the Center are resolved before going to trial or small claims courts.

The event :   Using fairy tales and brave actors this educational event will depict conflicts, how they form and what techniques we might use to help resolve them.  It will also highlight the services and important community impacts the Center has in our community.
