Please submit your alcohol service request form a minimum of two weeks before your event date.
Please note applicants must be 21 years of age and associated with the University of Washington Tacoma in one of the following ways:
- As a duly elected officer of the Associated Students of the University of Washington Tacoma (ASUWT)
- As an officer or authorized representative of a registered student organization in good standing (on file with the Student Engagement Office)
- As a faculty or staff member representing your campus unit or as an Advisor to a registered student organization
Please note there is a non-refundable fee for each banquet permit or special occasion license for which the applicant or applicant’s campus unit is responsible.
Student events wanting to serve alcohol need to meet with Student Involvement prior to submitting the online alcohol form.
