Achievers Scholarship Program

The Achievers Scholarship Program is a non-traditional, multifaceted scholarship program that supports students from 16 high schools in Washington state with high percentages of low-income students. Achievers Scholars receive support services while in high school, in addition to being assigned a mentor in high school as well as a college mentor.

The Achievers Scholarship Program was generously funded through the College Success Foundation in 2001 with a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Although the Washington State Achievers Scholarship is ending in the Achievers' high schools in 2010, CSF will continue to support students at the college level through the completion of their bachelor's degrees.
