UW Tacoma Motor Pool
The University of Washington Tacoma Motor Pool currently has one full-size cargo van and one hybrid sedan available for use by authorized drivers and passengers. Motor Pool vehicles are provided at cost for individuals/departments authorized to travel on official University business. Use of a vehicle will be recharged to the campus department requesting its use.
Check UCAR First!
Prior to requesting a vehicle through the Motor Pool, customers should check to see if a UCAR vehicle is available from the UCAR site at Laborers Hall. UCAR is the University of Washington's car sharing program (similar in function to ZipCar) and offers significant savings when compared to Motor Pool services.
