Group Exercise

The University Y Student Center offers a variety of group exercise classes every day. From MIXXEDFIT, to yoga, to cycling - a variety of options are available for you to choose from. All group exercise classes are are drop-in, so just come by and try any one that interests you. Classes are changed every few months, this way you can easily schedule around the classes that you want to attend.
