The Center for Business Analytics Digital Badge Program
What is the Center for Business Analytics Digital Badge Program?
The digital badge program allows for web-enabled evidence of learning, participation, and completion of skills or achievements. Digital badges are easily verified online and can be shared across different digital channels for demonstration of achievement.
The Center for Business Analytics (CBA) believes that every step matters in the path of learning, and digital badging is a great way to recognize a student’s achievement and acquired skill set. That’s why we utilize Badgr, a badging platform, to issue badges to students who meet the specific earning criteria that the Center of Business Analytics has set up.

How do I earn a badge issued by CBA?
To earn a badge, a student needs to meet the specific criteria that are defined in the badge itself. To earn Foundations for Data Analytics or R for Business Analytics & Data Science badges, a student needs to register for the class, pay the course fee, attend the class in its entirety and complete the course work. In order to earn the Complete Program Certification for Foundations for Data Analytics, you must attend and complete a minimum of 12 modules.
Earning MSBA or Minor in Business Data Analytics badges may require participation in volunteer data analytics projects, authoring some content for the Analytics Innovation Blog site, and more. All badges are unique and depend on the specific badge criteria.
CBA issues Foundations for Data Analytics and R for Business Analytics & Data Science badges to those who earned them, a week after completion of the modules. MSBA and Minor in Business Data Analytics badges are issued upon request after presenting the evidence of meeting the badge earning criteria. Please contact email@example.com if you think that you are eligible to earn one or more of our badges.
