Each folder is authenticated and only assigned users are able to access. To report a non-functional link or to request changes to access for your unit, please have the budget authority email Mike Russell.

To review who has access to your file location:
- Click the appropriate unit link.
- Once redirected and logged into OneDrive, hover over the folder/file until the vertical three dots appear near the end of the folder/file name.
- Click the vertical three dots "Show actions" and click "Details".
- A panel should appear on the right side of the window with more details about the folder/file.
- Under “Has Access”, select “Manage access” and scroll to review who can access this folder/file.
