Intended Graduation Quarter: Spring 2019

I am an international student from Japan, and I am a senior in Biomedical Sciences major. I have been living in Tacoma for 5 years, so Tacoma is my second hometown. If you have any questions about Tacoma area, please feel free to ask me!

I have been working with Japanese international student service company as a volunteering student for 3 years. I also have another school job position which works with urban study in UWT and I have been researching Tacoma Japanese association.

I can speak both English and Japanese, and also currently I have been studying Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Speaking Chinese is very hard for me, but I am able to read if it’s an easy sentence. I believe learning languages are very good methods to know other cultures. I can talk to you about Japanese culture such as food, anime, game, and old Japanese history.

Again, If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I can definitely help you.
