The Global Engagement Conference open to graduates and undergraduates at UW Tacoma and area institutions, aims to bring together solution-oriented projects and papers on global issues that connect us all. We welcome submissions and especially intersectional critiques that engage with one or more of our globally focused conference themes. The IIGE promotes a globally engaged campus and innovative solutions to our world’s most pressing challenges. Through local and global partnerships, it facilitates collaborative and interdisciplinary projects that have high impact for our community. The Global Engagement Conference aims to bring together forward-thinking projects and papers on global issues that connect us all. This year’s conference particularly welcomes submissions that offer innovation and inspiration in an Era of COVID-19.
