Our mission is to create the conditions for ethical global engagement and to produce innovative solutions through interdisciplinary research, inclusive practice, and community engagement.
Welcome to the 2022 Global Engagement Conference website! Featured below are globally themed panels of competitively accepted papers, posters, and videos. The annual online conference is open to all students from the University of Washington and area institutions. The conference is a dynamic space for global learning and community innovation exchange. Papers are selected based on their innovative solutions, depth of community engagement, and demonstrated understanding of global interdependency and interconnectedness.
The Institute for Innovation and Global Engagement (IIGE) is home to the Global Honors Program and the Global Innovation and Design Lab. Please contact us at iige@uw.edu to learn more about our programs.
