Parking Attendant: Directs guests to parking options and assists in helping parked guests find the event entrance |

Usher: Assists guests to assigned seating once they arrive to the 3rd floor event space |

Floater: Assists in needed areas (may require movement across all event areas) |

Break-Down Assistant: Stays beyond the event to help planning committee clean-up the event space and break-down all event items |

Catering Assistant: Helps direct the flow of the catering line to ensure efficient, timely progress |
