Why are Transition courses important?

  • Transition courses are online courses that will help you get to know campus and the resources you will use at UW Tacoma.
  • Completing your Transition course is required before you can attend orientation.
  • Completing your Transition course is required before you can get your Husky I.D. card.

Which course is meant for me?

  • Transition 101 is for Freshman and Running Start students. Transition 201 is for Transfer students.

When can I take my Transition course?
