Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium wins two awards

The Association of Zoos and Aquariums has recognized the Urban Wildlife Information Network, a multi-city research effort that includes the Grit City Carnivore Project, a collaboration between UW Tacoma's Chris Schell, Northwest Trek, and the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
