Russell T Joy Building
Built in 1892, the Russell T. Joy Building was vacant for 13 years before its renovation. Listed on the Tacoma and national historic registers, the Joy Building completes the Pacific Avenue frontage of campus. It will provide classroom space, labs, and faculty and administrative offices, including a new office suite for Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. Along Pacific Avenue, space will be leased to retail. The project was completed in spring 2011.
