As a new undergraduate student, to accept your offer of admission to the University of Washington Tacoma, a non-refundable new student enrollment and orientation fee (NSEOF) of $100 is required. This fee will be used for programs benefiting new students and will confirm your intention to enroll at UW Tacoma.
ACCEPT YOUR OFFER
If you prefer to pay with cash, you can pay in person to the Cashier's Office at 1551 Broadway, 4th Floor. Please note that only CASH payments will be accepted at the Cashier's Office. Payments by credit card or check must be made online.
DECLINE YOUR OFFER
If you wish to decline your offer of admission, use the online NSEOF tool to submit your decision.
REQUEST A DEFERRAL
Undergraduate students can request a deferral of the New Student Enrollment and Orientation Fee. Please contact the Office of the Registrar to find out more information about requesting a deferral.
As a new graduate student, to accept your offer of admission to the University of Washington Tacoma, a non-refundable Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) is required.
You will not be able to register for classes until your ECD is on your student record. Call Student Fiscal Services at 206-543-4694 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Paying with scholarship check, voucher, employer or government agency payment
If the scholarship, employer or government agency is paying your full tuition as well as your NSEOF, request a deferment of the fee through the process listed on the Office of the Registrar's webpage. As a graduate student paying the ECD, please submit these payments directly to Student Fiscal Services either by mail to:
