What is TouchBase?
InTouch Receipting and TouchBase Online Payments are part of a cutting edge software package the UW Tacoma Cashier's Office implemented to streamline the management, reporting, and accountability of our online payments. When you go to TouchBase, you will be redirected to a new URL: uw-tacoma.intouchreceipting.com. Once you are logged into Touchbase, you will be able to purchase from a select group of online items. You will also be able to view, print and see your receipts.
TouchBase accounts are completely different from your MyUW student account. You will still need to go to your MyUW student account to pay tuition and tuition related fees. Touchbase allows you to pay those fees that are not on your UW Student account, like parking citations or placement exam fees.
Not all items are sold through TouchBase, if you cannot find the item you are looking for on TouchBase, please contact the department that is selling that item. They will be able to direct you to their purchasing tool.
