Accounts in Collections
If the parking fine you received has gone to collections, you have the option of paying the collection agency directly. Their contact information is on the letter you received. Or you can pay the balance here, using this online payment tool. After your payment is processed, we will notify the collection agency that you paid us directly. Your collection notice will then be cancelled.

The Cashier's Office can be reached by email: email@example.com or phone: 253-692-4669. The Cashier's Office is closed on weekends and holidays. - Payment is processed immediately.
- The UW Tacoma Finance Office will do its best to apply the payment to the appropriate citation record and update its status to Paid. It is your responsibility to provide the correct citation reference number and license plate number. If you no longer have the citation reference number, email email@example.com to request a list of your unpaid parking citations. You will need to provide your license plate number, your name, and the approximate date of your citation.
Terms and Conditions
- All payments successfully processed are non refundable.
- Payments will be applied based on the citation reference number and vehicle license plate number provided by the customer during checkout. If this information is incorrect and cannot be verified by the university, a full refund will be processed within three (3) business days. If this occurs and it results in the citation not being paid by the due date, the registered owner of the vehicle will be responsible for any additional late and/or collection agency fees that are accrued.
