Add images to locations

Objective: Add photos and diagrams to rooms you schedule. Images are viewable on the room details sub-tab in 25Live.

1. Log in the Admin Utility. From the Home tab, select the Images tab. Admin Add Image tab
2. To upload a photo or diagram, select Add Image. Be descriptive when entering a name, making sure to include the campus abbreviation at the beginning. Click the Browse button to locate your file. Indicate whether the image is a photograph or diagram. Image description is optional but may be helpful to include. Click the Add Image button at the bottom of the screen to finish.
  • Photo name example: UWT_MAT214_photo
  • Diagram name example: UWT_UWY303304_Diagram_Banquet

3. To edit an existing image, select Manage Image and locate your file. Be aware that you can access all images uploaded in Admin, not just your own.
4. Then select the Location tab and select the Edit Icon (blue cube with green pencil). Search for your locations via Name Search or Saved Searches, if you have any. Admin Edit Locations Screen
5. Edit one location at a time when adding images. Select the location and click Edit. Admin Select Location Screen
6. In the Edit Locations screen, scroll down to the Layouts  section and click the Edit button. Add images to each layout as needed. Each layout can have one photo and one diagram. When finished, click Save Changes. TIP: When selecting layouts, make sure you are not selecting ones that have [Not Active] at the end. Users cannot see these layout options.
