University Academic Advising will be offering drop-in academic advising for freshmen and pre-major students via Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 - 2:00 pm until the end of Spring instruction. You may access these Zoom meetings using the links below.
You will be meeting with a pre-major advisor and even if they are not your assigned advisor, they can help! Please note that these drop-ins are first come, first served and you may be placed into a waiting room until it is your turn. You must stay in the waiting room to keep your place in line, but as long as you're there when the advisor is ready, you will be connected with someone.
Student Advising Mentors (SAMs) are available via Zoom, Monday - Friday from 10 am - 2 pm.
They can help you navigate and utilize advising technologies such as degree planning tools, registration, and MyUW.
Zoom with a SAM by contacting them via Live Chat at the bottom right hand corner or anywhere a Live Chat pops up or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
University Academic Advising is closed for in-person services until further notice.
Advising services are offered by email, phone, chat, and Zoom during business hours.
