Ashley's comments about this photo:
"As a transfer student, I was very new to campus and didn't know anyone yet. Convocation was a very exciting event that gave me the opportunity to meet other Huskies and become aquainted with my Global Honors cohort. Such a grand day!"

Ashley's thoughts about #HuskySnap:
"The #Huskysnap contest was a fun and easy way to become involved in and show off the wonderful campus we have. Being able to experience UWT through the lens of different students was my favorite aspect. I can't wait to see how this opportunity grows throughout my time here."

Congratulations, Ashley!

November.2013: Project Ignite/Philippine Candlelight Vigil  #HuskySnap #Community

Tatjana's comments about this photo:
"My #HuskySnap Instagram picture is of the candlelight vigil for the Philippines, that was hosted by UWT's Project Ignite crew. The image represents community, family and support. All these students and non-students are gathered around a chalk drawing of their star in the freezing cold, holding candles, speaking their minds and just supporting anyone and everybody who was effected by the super storm that hit the Philippines. I love my Husky family."

Tatjana's thoughts about #HuskySnap:
"I decided to give it a try because my motto while I'm here at UWT is to take advantage of everything I can, so being a contestant of the first annual #HuskySnap contest seemed like an amazing opportunity. I'm glad that I took this opportunity, I mean who knew I would win but it's definitely given me a memory that I won't soon forget."

Congratulations, Tatjana!
