After our initial implementation for Simple Meeting scheduling and event scheduling (coming Winter 2019) the 25Live Project team will continue to investigate additional ways 25Live can assist campus with our scheduling and event needs.
Future considerations include:
- Moving remaining campus rooms into 25Live for scheduling
- Centeralized event billing using 25LIve for all Support Departments
- Invoicing for Conference Services and the UWY
- Connect 25Live with Trumba (UW Tacoma online calendaring system)
- Link with Support Departments existing work order systems
