New Student Orientation Spring 2021
Husky Orientation provides students with a smooth transition to the University of Washington Tacoma and will introduce you to the University community and the opportunities and supports available to you. Information about Orientation will be sent to your UW Tacoma email account if you have paid your enrollment fee.
The University of Washington has been taking actions to support the region’s efforts against the COVID-19 outbreak, including avoiding large, public gatherings. As a precaution to help prevent the spread of the virus, orientation will take place virtually.

You must complete these items to fulfill the orientation requirement:

- Complete the Transition course, your online orientation module: canvas.uw.edu
- Submit all immunization paperwork: www.tacoma.uw.edu/immunization
- Submit your Husky Card photo: https://apps.tacoma.uw.edu/online-id-request/
