Response to the Delayed Revocation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program
UW Tacoma’s Office of Global Affairs believes strongly in our mission to foster global citizenship and supports UW Tacoma’s stated commitment to providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment that protects the privacy and human rights of everyone in our community. We stand with our immigrant communities and take pride in and benefit from the diverse (inter)cultural assets of our students. Latest Immigration and Travel Update from the White House
On September 24, 2017, the President issued a Proclamation restricting entry to the U.S. for the nationals of eight countries: Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Somalia.
