Scheduling space at UW Tacoma is done online through a reservation request system, called 25Live. Requests are governed by processes set by the Use of University Facilities (UUF) Committee, University of Washington UUF policies and state law. There are options to schedule space for meetings and events. Most spaces require a space scheduler to approve use of the space, but there are several self-reservable spaces as well.
