- January 14 - Case distributed via email at 11:00 am to all teams
- January 21 - Team slide decks due by 11:00 am.
- January 26 - Live in-person presentations and Q&A with judges

In-Person Presentations
- 12:30 pm-2:00 pm - Preliminary round case competition
- 2:30 pm-4:00 pm - Final presentations and judge deliberations
- 4:15 pm - Winners announced
After the winners are announced, judges will meet with teams to provide feedback.
