UW Tacoma to host tribute event celebrating legacy of Bill Philip
The event, "A Tribute to the Life & Impact of Bill Philip," will bring together family members, community leaders, colleagues and friends to reflect on Philip's contributions to Tacoma, the South Sound and the University.
