Disposition of Records

The Office of the Registrar maintains the academic records for all enrolled undergraduate students as well as additional records for graduate students at the University of Washington Tacoma in electronic format based on the University of Washington's Records Retention Schedule. Some student records are maintained for up to 9 years after the beginning of the fall quarter of the admission year. Once the retention period has ended, the record is set for disposal.
