Training your team as a team can boost cohesion and give everyone a common language. Most of our open enrollment courses, workshops, and programs can be delivered in-house for your organization. Minor customizations may also be available to make the experience as relevant for you as possible.

Case Study: Public Agency Process Improvement

For nearly 20 years, public agencies in Washington State have trusted the Professional Development Center to provide Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training to their teams. PDC Instructors bring our standard 40-hour course "in-house" virtually or in-person, customizing the schedule, project teams, and examples to best meet the agency's needs.

Case Study: Building Capacity and Filling Gaps

When an international bio-medical company’s continuous improvement team saw the interest in training and project assistance spike beyond their internal capacity, they turned to the Professional Development Center. For almost two years, instructors from the PDC’s Lean Six Sigma program have collaborated with the team in a number of ways: delivering trainings on their own or in partnership with organization staff, contributing to content updates and revisions, and providing coaching and support to teams conducting process improvement projects.

Case Study: Performance Measurement Consulting

PDC instructor Brian Willett is a recognized expert in performance measurement, particularly in the public sector. In Fall 2022 and Winter 2023, Brian worked with a small management team at a state agency on training and coaching to support the development of performance metrics and an associated dashboard.
