The Catalyst Web Tools are a set of Web-based communication and collaboration applications designed for use in teaching, learning, research, and everyday work. Use of the Catalyst Web Tools is free to anyone in the UW community.
UW-IT will be retiring several Catalyst tools by Autumn 2018. The only tool that will remain for faculty, staff and student use is the WebQ Survey tool. Academic Technologies can help you explore alternative tools that may serve your needs.
Each tool link below provides step-by-step instructions for common tasks you can accomplish using the Catalyst Web Tools. Academic Technologies is happy to consult with you on which tools may best fit your needs. You can also schedule appointments with us to learn how to effectively use the tools.
