25Live is Coming!

Main page content

UW Tacoma is beginning the process to transition to a new scheduling system for both academic courses and events.

Below are some details about the transition.  Please check back for updates on our progress.

WHAT IS 25LIVE?

25Live is CollegeNet's web-based scheduling product that the University of Washinigton is implementing on all three campuses.  At UW Tacoma, 25LIve will be an upgrade to the current space scheduling software, R25, and will eventually replace the Use of University Facilities (UUF) system that used to capture space and event support requests.

BENEFITS OF 25LIVE

  • TRANSPARENCY - provides viewing access to room schedules; displays event costs to requestors at time of submission
  • EFFICIENCY - eliminates duplicated work and the need for multiple independent systems; streamlines processes for departments involved with space and resource scheduling; allows self-service conference room scheduling; creates potential energy savings for campus
  • ACCESSIBILITY - web-based; mobile-friendly
