We are so excited to announce a new partnership with CollegePads – now part of StarRez to bring UWT students a dedicated off-campus housing marketplace. Students have consistently expressed the challenge of not having a central hub to find roommates, search for local apartments, or explore housing opportunities off campus. We listened and this new platform bridges that gap!
The off-campus housing portal at offcampushousing.tacoma.uw.edu is designed to provide a more engaging housing search experience, with special emphasis on renter education and informed decision-making throughout the process. In addition, the portal includes a Resources tab, offering direct links to essential UWT campus resources. For added safety, students are required to create an account using their UW credentials.
