Congratulations to the University of Calgary for winning 1st place in the 12th Annual Milgard Invitational Undergraduate Case Competition on Social Responsibility (MICCSR)

Each year, the Center for Leadership & Social Responsibility at the Milgard School of Business invites undergraduate teams from select world-wide universities to participate in the annual invitational competition on social responsibility.
Competition Format
We are pleased to return to an in-person format for MICCSR this year. We will follow all University of Washington and local guidelines for COVID prevention that are in place at the time of the event.
2024 Competition Timeline
- November 1, 2023: Deadline to request an invitation for your undergraduate team to participate
- December 1, 2023: Official Invitations Issued
- December 15, 2023: Final confirmation of participation
- January 16, 2024: Team names are due
- February 16, 2024: Case distributed electronically to teams
- February 23, 2024 - Teams submit case solution electronically
- February 23-29, 2024: Judges review slide decks
- February 29, 2024: Welcome dinner for MICCSR
- March 1, 2024: Preliminary Rounds (morning) and Final Round of Competition (afternoon)

- Third Place: University of Florida
- Fourth Place: University of Vermont
