Lead Your Way is a free program for 10th & 11th grade high school students in the Tacoma/Pierce County area. This was designed to help students develop their leadership story, gain exposure to empowering women in leadership, and discover how to implement their own leadership skills into action. Admission to the program will prioritize students with significant lived experience as leaders, and fewer opportunities for formal leadership education programs. Speakers will represent women who lead across a variety of sectors, and will highlight women’s leadership development, successes, and challenges.
