After registering for classes – wait two days to log in to myDRS to sign E-forms and Agreements, Available Forms: Rights and Responsibilities, and to activate your accommodations.

  • Accessible Instructional Material: Due four weeks prior to first day of class 
  • Communication Access (Real Time Captioning, Interpreter): Five weeks in advance; Ten days for event/meetings 
  • Notetaking Services (scribes): Due two weeks prior to first day of class
  • Reduced Credit Load: Due four weeks prior to first day of class 
  • Disability Related Absences Agreement (DRA): Due before the end of the second week of classes 
  • Exam Requests through DRS: Five business days to request exams and quizzes, Ten Business days to request final exams 
  • Housing Accommodations: Three months prior to move in date 
  • Financial Aid: Due four weeks prior to start of class 
  • Faculty Notification Letters (FNLs): Sent out two weeks in advance of the new quarter
