Special Event Parking

Please fill out the webform below at least 3 weeks in advance of your event, if you would like to request...

  • purchasing more parking passes than are allowed by the standard request form
  • reserving an entire parking lot
  • passes for a lot not covered by the General pass
  • large vehicle or trailer parking (please see this page for advice on bus parking - we do not offer parking passes for busses)
  • other requests that are not covered by our General Visitor Passes

 

Please include additional details about your event that would help us determine if we can meet your parking needs.

Please enter the Worktags to be billed if your request is approved. If possible, please use a PROGRAM, GRANT, OR GIFT WORKTAG as they include all required worktags automatically. 

If you submit a Cost Center & Resource Number, please make sure to ALSO include the Fund & Function number, as ALL FOUR are required for billing via ISD.
