Disability Resources for Students (DRS) at UW Tacoma is excited to be moving to MyDRS, a tri-campus, online system for registering, requesting and tracking students’ request for disability accommodations for 2016-2017 and beyond. The move to MyDRS will improve our service to students, faculty and staff; streamline the process, eliminate paper waste and provide a user friendly system accessible 24/7. The MyDRS system will go live on Monday, December 19, 2016 for Winter Quarter 2017 pre-registration. The DRS staff will offer several workshops and trainings on how to get started, access, and use the MyDRS system during Autumn Quarter 2016.
During this transition period, DRS will continue to serve as a resource to the campus community and remain committed to ensuring access and inclusion for all students with disabilities on UW Tacoma’s campus. DRS will keep all parties updated on any new information and/or developments regarding the DRS transition and conversation.
