Students in the RN to BSN program are RNs who have completed the initial phase of their education through an associate degree or diploma nursing program. The curriculum supports students in developing professionally.
The program builds upon professional skills and provides the opportunity for nurses to apply new knowledge, make informed choices, advocate for others, facilitate change, improve communication, work with diverse populations, thinking critically, assume leadership roles, gain self-confidence and bolster self-esteem – skills required for the nurse of today and for the future.
