Program Description
The Healthcare Leadership program equips students with the skills to take on professional, non-clinical roles that support the operations and service delivery of healthcare systems. Graduates often step into positions that involve coordinating patient services, supporting data-driven decision making, and leading outreach or communication efforts. Whether working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, nonprofit agencies, or insurance organizations, HCL alumni contribute to improving healthcare access, quality, and equity through effective organizational support.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job growth rate for medical and health services managers is projected to grow 28% from 2022 to 2032.
